Description:

A device to monitor the amount of residual moisture in cones during the drying process, suitable for natural and man-made fibres and featuring the automatic shutoff of the air dryer.
The data shown below refer to measurements taken at one point; however, up to four points can be used (on demand).

Functions:

• Measurement of the residual moisture content in the material, fibre selection (nr. 15 pure fibres + nr. 42 mixed fibres)
• Wide moisture measurement range (e.g. Cotton 0.8% - 23,3%; wool 4,5% - 46,6%)
• The machine will stop once the desired moisture level has been reached
• Treated/dried fibre selection. In models with more than a single input for measuring residual moisture, different fibres can be selected and different dryers be connected (up to four inputs can be available)
• All set parameters and the relevant values are recorded and residual moisture data are charted
• Data can be downloaded via the USB port on the front panel or through an Ethernet connection
• Data are displayed as web pages ; these can be remotely accessed on the LAN using computers, smartphones or tablets
• Remote support (LAN access via a VPN)
